hey, I'm Tris

Navigating a PCOS diagnosis in my early 20s and being given no option but the pill and being told “you won’t be able to fall pregnant naturally” was the beginning of my health transformation.

After struggling with irregular cycles, acne, fatigue, bloating, and weight fluctuations, feeling like my body was broken and trying all the diets, supplements and wellness trends, I hit a point of being done with temporary bandaid solutions. I knew there had to be a better way, and I wanted to understand my body and how I could support my health better.

Using nutrition, natural health, and cyclical living I resolved my PCOS symptoms naturally, supported mine (and my husband’s) fertility, and was able to have 2 natural and healthy pregnancies and babies.

After studying a Bachelor of Health Science Nutritional Medicine and supporting 100+ women to improve their hormone health and fall pregnant, I’ve created a holistic approach that helps bring the body back into hormonal balance.

The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) Complete test is an at-home functional hormone test, offering a comprehensive analysis of sex hormones (oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, androgens, DHEA), cortisol levels, and their metabolites. Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to see results?

You may start to notice positive changes within days and weeks of starting. However, this isn’t a quick fix and it’s important to know that it takes at least 3 months to start rebalancing your hormones and seeing true results. Unpacking years of dysfunction in the body takes time. Give yourself some compassion and patience throughout this process! How long it takes differs from person to person depending on factors such as - how long you have been experiencing symptoms; severity of symptoms and health concerns; willingness and adherence to making consistent sustainable changes; your commitment to managing stress and emotional health, and other factors.

Is this suitable for me if I am in a preconception phase or trying to conceive?

Yes absolutely. This program is designed to support hormone balance and optimal health (which includes optimal fertility). This is so supportive when trying to conceive. If you happen to fall pregnant during the program, I will continue to support you with your personal needs and adjustments to supplements or any protocols to ensure it is safe and effective for you.

Is this suitable for me if I am in perimenopause (or suspect I am)?

Yes, if you are still cycling and getting a period (even if its irregular or changing), Heal Your Hormones will be helpful for you in reducing symptoms and feeling your best through this major life transition. The functional testing and analysis will help to find the root causes of what is driving any symptoms so that we can address it for symptom reduction. This program is not specific to post menopause years, however the education you will receive in eating and living in way that supports the female body will continue to be relevant and supportive.

Is there anything else I need to do before or once I join the program?

Once you sign up you will receive a confirmation email with access to the online program portal and our group chat. I’ll be in touch through the group chat closer to the start date. You will also be asked to fill out a comprehensive health form so I have in-depth understanding of your current health pictire and for me to analyse your blood tests and provide a personalised supplement protocol.

Are the recipes and meal plans suitable for vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/dairy free etc.?

You won’t be following a specific diet or meal plan, rather the program teaches you nutritional guidelines that are completely ​adaptable according to your needs and preferences. The meal plans are not required to be “followed”, rather as inspiration to create your own from the recipes inside the plans. The recipes are predominately gluten free and most can be adapted to be dairy free if required. The recipes are not specifically vegan or vegetarian however, as I do recommend quality animal protein sources for nutrient density. I suggest working with a Nutritionist who specialises in vegan/vegetarian diets to ensure you’re meeting your nutrient requirements.

Are the recipes suitable for family meals?

ABSOLUTELY YES! The recipes and meal plans are family friendly whole food recipes that will support the health of your entire family. They have been created with mummas in mind, so you don’t have to cook separate meals for everyone and can enjoy meals together. You will just need to adjust the ingredient portions to fit your family (recipes show how many ‘serves’ which are based on a female adult portion).

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the program, refunds will not be offered after you have had access to the ​program and my services, except in extenuating circumstances.
