Hey, I’m Tris

CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST (BHSc NUTRITIONAL MEDICINE) & NATURAL HEALTH EDUCATOR

I’ve created an approach that not only helps women get lasting relief from hormonal symptoms, but also helps them regain their confidence and live their healthiest life.

A holistic approach that I personally live by, combining food and plants as medicine (ancient wisdoms), plus aligning our cycles (our innate wisdom) with nutrition and lifestyle.

I’m incredibly passionate about educating and empowering women to support their health, and the health of their families and generations to come. So not only do you thrive, but so does your family.

Navigating a PCOS diagnosis in my early 20s and being given no option but the pill and being told “you won’t be able to fall pregnant naturally” was the beginning of my health transformation and journey into finding nutrition and natural healing solutions.

After struggling with irregular cycles, acne, fatigue, bloating, and weight fluctuations, feeling like my body was broken and trying all the diets, supplements and wellness trends, I hit a point of being done with temporary bandaid solutions. I knew there had to be a better way, and I wanted to understand my body and how I could support my health better.

Using nutrition and natural health, I resolved my PCOS symptoms, supported mine (and my husband’s) fertility, and was blessed to have 2 natural and healthy pregnancies and babies. Since becoming a mumma, I’m even more conscious of what we consume and use to support my family’s health.
